I've learned that good preparation makes all the difference, especially for bands recording while juggling work schedules. We'll make sure you're ready before hitting record, so you can make the most of your studio time.

Studio Schedule

Due to our location in a shared building, drum kits and loud amplifiers are evening and weekend only. But don't worry - we can record quieter instruments, vocals, and electronic elements during the day, giving us flexibility to work around your schedule.

Making the Most of Your Time

The best sessions happen when you're prepared. Before recording, I'll help you nail down the essentials:

• Written lyrics and chord charts (saves time and prevents mistakes)
• Locked-in tempo (so your song feels just right)
• Solid arrangements (no expensive studio time spent rehearsing)
• Clear communication between band members

Recording Setup

During our pre-session visit, we'll plan exactly where everyone will be placed for the best results. For example:

• Drummers get the main room for the best sound
• Electric bass players can be in the same room recording direct
• Upright bass players need their own space for isolation
• Singers get a separate, comfortable vocal booth
• Electric guitars have their own iso room with easy access
