Somehow this book was sent to me for free from Amazon. I may have requested it but I don’t remember doing so. Maybe the reason Amazon sent it to me is because they know I live in Montana and winter is coming. See, the number one reason Tony Hsieh says I should read this book is because I ran out of firewood for my fireplace and this book makes an excellent fire-starter. At least that is what he wrote on the back cover in a complete list of ten reasons. I read it and was completely engaged for all of the other 9 reasons which are:

8. You want to learn from all the mistakes they made at Zappos over the years so that your business can avoid making some of the same ones.
9. You want to learn about the path Tony took that eventually led him to Zappos, and the lessons he learned along the way.
10. You want to learn about the path that they took at Zappos to get to over $1 billion in gross merchandise sales in less than ten years.

If you find yourself nodding in agreement like I did, go get yourself a copy.
